TRUE/FALSE options are CaSe-SeNsItIvE!

It didn’t work for me until TRUE/FALSE was all capitals.

ShowInNewForm=”FALSE”
ShowInDisplayForm=”TRUE”
ShowInEditForm=”TRUE”
